We are elated to invite you to join us this fall to celebrate our bountiful season with us at our Harvest Chef’s Table series. Leave planning dinner for your next date night, girls’ weekend getaway, or seasonal celebration to us by dining under the stars on our patio at Bluemont Vineyard. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with a seasonal apple cider to relax and enjoy the view from the top, embracing scenery across Western Loudoun and the Appalachian Mountains. Enjoy the night tasting a farm-to-table, four-course meal created with seasonal vegetables and herbs from our neighbors down the mountain at Great Country Farms. While enjoying your meal, sip the perfectly paired Bluemont Wine and listen to Chef Karli speak to her inspiration and details.

The September Harvest Chef's Table begins with caprese of farm-fresh tomatoes, basil pesto, burrata cheese, olive oil, and balsamic glaze. The 2nd Course includes a chilled cucumber & avocado soup with dill yogurt and cilantro. 

At the 3rd Course, guests will choose from Summer Gnocchi, Short Rib & Mirepoix, or Salmon & Watercress. Dessert rounds out the meal with a Cinnamon Panna Cotta with caramelized apples and coconut crumble.

 
 

Karli has been our wonderful Chef at Bluemont Vineyard for two years now. We are lucky to have such a talented and creative Chef to craft our fare at the vineyard. She has been working in the food industry for 7 years.. She found her inspiration behind cooking by enjoying meals with her family and we are so happy to have her as a part of ours!

“Growing up my family was extremely busy. However, knowing that after a long day of school, running errands, and everyday life my family would always be around the kitchen table enjoying a good meal. I also love seeing happy faces around food. It always gives me a sense of peace. I like the idea that at any table, whether it was my family's or a restaurant, everyone forgets about what is going on in their busy lives and just enjoys each other’s company and good food.”

Karli creates each of the Chef’s table courses by selecting ingredients that are in season at Great Country Farms and finding unique recipes to learn more about what she can create. “ I love to dream about food in a new way, but to keep it to the core roots. I also love to teach people about my dishes”.
