Group Reservations 

Reserve a table for your next large party celebration!

Large Groups are considered parties of 10-20 guests and we offer large table seating with access to enhanced group experiences to entertain your parties. Groups will be hosted on our Upper Pergola or Veranda, both offering expansive views of the valley to set the scene for your soiree. Our wine experience selection features self-guided flight tastings, sangria baskets, and wine by the glass or bottle. The food menu includes shareable boards, flatbread pizzas, and sweet treats. All reservations are two hours.

Large Group Table Reservations require a $10.00 per guest no-show fee. If you are unable to make your reservation, please contact our office team at cheers@bluemontvineyard.com 24 hours before the reservations to cancel.

What qualifies as a Large Party Table Reservation?

Parties of 10-20 guests are considered a Large Party Table.

Do I need a reservation if I’m bringing a large group?

Large Group Reservations are required to visit Bluemont Vineyard. Advanced knowledge of large groups allows us to staff accordingly and give ample support & hospitality to your group, as well as helps us minimize overall wait times across our property. We want all guests to have a wonderful visit and thank all large groups for adhering to this policy.

I have a group larger than 20 guests, what are my reservation options?

Our largest table reservation can accommodate 20 guests. If your party is larger than twenty people, we require a private or semi-private space rental to comfortably seat and serve your party. Visit our Private Event page to start planning your visit!

How long does the Table Reservation last?

All Large Party Table Reservations are for two hours. Our Events Team is here to support you in the planning process should you be looking for a longer visit.

What if we don’t use our full group deposit?

If you don’t utilize your full group deposit, we are happy to assist you in wine products to go. In the event you would prefer a gift card, we can add the remaining funds to the card to use on a future visit!

How many ways can we spit the check?

In order to accurately apply the reservation deposit to the check, we ask that all items be on one bill. We appreciate your understanding of our point of sale system capabilities.

Can we bring outside food?

We do not permit any outside food or picnics on our property. Guests are welcome to bring a celebratory dessert, such as cake or cookies, if they would like to do so.
