2021 Chardonnay Reserve

Part of our Reserve Signature Series, select vintages in this series encapsulate the most intimate level of care and attention, allowing these vintages to showcase the art and vision of our winemaker - Scott Spelbring.

Wanting to showcase the fruit and not the barrel, our Reserve Chardonnay was barrel fermented and aged in a combination of neutral and second-year oak allowing for subtle oak integration while letting the grape shine through. Toasty notes of graham cracker, hazelnut and creme brulee interplay with a lush mouthfeel while finishing with a touch of green apple and apricot.

Pairs with creamy soft cheeses, risotto, seared scallops, grilled lobster, and alfredo or scampi dishes.
